Today at Governor Andy Beshear’s daily Press conference for the Coronavirus, he said there were 199 new COVID-19 Cases in the state today, bringing our total to 7,225 with 32 people probable.
There have been 121,246 Kentuckians who have tested for Coronavirus in the Commonwealth, of those there have been 1,887 Hospitalized for COVID-19, there are 385 in now. There have been 794 Kentuckians in the ICU with COVID-19, there are 220 in now.
There have been 2,712 Kentuckians that have recovered from COVID-19.
There were 2 new deaths reported in the Commonwealth today.
The Governor stated that they will move UP the date for Gatherings of 10 or fewer people from May 25 to the Friday before Memorial Day, May 22nd, please observe social distancing measures, hand washing and face masks while the gathering is happening and watch children. The Travel Ban will also be lifted for the Commonwealth on May 22nd.

The Team Kentucky Fund is ready to distribute money to Kentuckians that have either lost their jobs or have had a reduction in income of 50% or more. To apply go to TeamKentuckyFund.ky.gov, which will be live at 8 am Friday (5.15) morning. You will be paid in vouchers which can be used to buy products. There is a limit of $1,000 per household.

The Kroger Partnership testing is open to everyone and you can book a Drive-Through test at KrogerHealth.com/COVIDTesting. Testing for next week is in Louisville, Monday – Friday, and in Madison, Graves, and Ohio Counties will open for testing on Tuesday – Thursday.
